Help us improve SCIEX creative content

I am reaching out to you today because our creative team would like to interview existing SCIEX customers who receive and use our brochures, flyers and technical notes. This study is focused on how SCIEX can improve the creativity and accessibility of technical information for you and enable easy distribution and download of our content. This 60-minute virtual interview will take place weekdays during November - December 2021 and January 2022.

This study has 2 parts: the initial interview and a follow-up 6 months later. In the follow-up interview, I would like to show you several designs for technical content. This 60-minute virtual follow-up interview is likely to take place weekdays between April and May, 2022.

For this study, I am looking for participants who:

  • Collect brochures, flyers and technical notes from scientific conferences and events, or have received these digitally (not necessarily specific to mass spectrometry)
  • Look for content to help them make decisions about applications development and technology.

If you fit the description above, and would like to participate, please reply to me at nigel.dyke@sciex.com with 3 possible dates and times (please indicate your time zone). I will schedule interviews with the first 20 people who respond on a first-come, first-serve basis, and I will try to accommodate your first preference for date and time.
